Artist Statement: i had a dream…i saw a charcutrie board…but alas, it was made of cardboard 🙁

Artist Statement: I took some inspiration after the Bakuwana masks from Filipino culture. I wanted to include some aspects of its design into the mask since culturally, masks tend to represent some sort of creature or deity. I like how in the Bakuwana masks their multiple sets of eyes which makes it feels like its always watching and adds to the creepy feeling I wanted my mask to have.
